Clearance. The Securities shall be eligible for clearance and settlement through the Depositary.

Clearance. The Securities shall be eligible for clearance and settlement through The Depository Trust Company, Clearstream Banking, société anonyme and Euroclear Bank S.A./NV, as operator of the Euroclear System.

The employee warrants that the work is original and that the licence granted to the College will not involve it in any liability for breach of copyright, breach of trust or defamation. 13.6.2 In the event that the College agrees in writing to obtain any such clearances the employee shall provide the College with a list of clearances and the College shall be responsible for securing the clearances.
