Citizens. A. Except with the written consent of the Buyer, Seller will not permit any Visitors to its plants, offices, or facilities to view or to examine documents, components, assemblies, or major subassemblies provided for or to be delivered under this Purchase Order, or to obtain information or data concerning such documents, components, assemblies, or major subassemblies.

Non-U.S. citizens should contact the appropriate consular office for entry requirements pertaining to their trip or cruise, as we are not responsible for providing you with this information or documentation. It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to obtain and have available when necessary the appropriate valid travel documents. All passengers are advised to check with the appropriate government authority to determine the necessary documents. You may be refused boarding or disembarked from a vessel without liability for refund, payment, compensation, or credit of any kind if you do not have proper documentation, and you will be subject to any fine or other costs incurred by Company which result from improper documentation or noncompliance with applicable regulations.
Citizens b. Nationals of a Member State of the European Union who enjoy freedom of movement for workers, or nationals of a country party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area of 2 May 1992 as well as
Citizens of Armenia who are holders of valid diplomatic passports may enter, leave and transit through the territories of the Member States without visas.
Citizens or nationals of a Contracting State shall not be subjected in the other Contracting State to any taxation or any requirement connected therewith which is other or more burdensome than the taxation and connected requirements to which citizens or nationals of that other Contracting State in the same circumstances are or may be subjected. This provision shall not be construed as obliging Singapore to grant to nationals of Japan not resident in Singapore those personal allowances, reliefs and reductions for tax purposes which are by law available on the date of signature of this Convention only to citizens of Singapore or to such other persons as may be specified therein who are not resident in Singapore.

If you are a U.S. Citizen, you shall be required to provide AV’s Security Officer with your birth certificate with a raised seal [A photocopy will not be acceptable], or a government certified copy of your birth certificate, or your passport, and your driver’s license. You may call AV’s Security Officer to make arrangements to handle these documents prior to sending them if you are not local. If you are local you may call and arrange for an interview at which time you can provide the documents. If you have held a Department of Defense security clearance, please provide your social security number to AV’s Security Officer to enable retrieval of your clearance. If you have provided this number on the W9 form with the Consulting Agreement you need not duplicate the effort.
Citizens l. The Corporation has no interest in any real estate, except that the Corporation leases the property at its offices in various locations (the “Leased Real Property”). The Leased Real Property is adequate for the operations of the business of the Corporation as currently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted as of the date hereof. The Corporation has paid all amounts due and has not received written notice and has no Knowledge that it is in default under any real property lease and there exists no condition or event, which, with the passage of time, giving of notice or both, could reasonably be expected to give rise to a default under or breach of any real property lease.
