Change in Unit. The Company agrees that it shall give notice to Owners of any amendment to its Articles of Incorporation changing the number of Shares previously designated as a Unit at least three months prior to the effectiveness of such amendment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, if the number of Shares proposed to be designated as a Unit pursuant to an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation is a number evenly divisible into the number of Shares then designated as a Unit, the Company shall give notice to the Owners of such amendment at least two weeks prior to the effectiveness of such amendment.
Change in Unit. The Company agrees that it shall give notice to the Depositary of any proposed amendment to its Articles of Incorporation which would change the number of Shares previously designated as a Unit. Such notice shall be given as far in advance of the date on which such amendment is scheduled to become effective as is practicable under the circumstances.
Change in Unit. The Company agrees that it shall give notice to Owners, pursuant to the last two sentences of the second paragraph of Section 5.06 of the Deposit Agreement, of any amendment to its Articles of Incorporation changing the number of Shares previously designated as a Unit at least two weeks prior to the effectiveness of such amendment.
Change in Unit. The Company agrees that it shall give notice to Holders of ADRs of any amendment to its Articles of Incorporation changing the number of Shares previously designated as a Unit as soon as practicable but no later than two weeks after the adoption of a shareholders' resolution giving effect to such change in Unit.
Change in Unit. Hitachi agrees that it shall give notice to Holders of ADSs of any amendment to its Articles of Incorporation changing the number of shares of Stock previously designated as a Unit, at least three months prior to the effectiveness of such amendment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, if the number of shares of Stock proposed to be designated as a Unit pursuant to an amendment to Hitachi's Articles of Incorporation is a number evenly divisible into the number of shares of Stock then designated as a Unit, Hitachi shall give notice to Holders of ADSs of such amendment at least two weeks prior to the effectiveness of such amendment.
Change in Unit. The Issuer agrees that it shall give notice to Owners pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 5.6 of this Deposit Agreement, of any amendment to its Articles of Incorporation increasing the number of Shares previously designated as a Unit at least thirty days prior to the effectiveness of such amendment.
Change in Unit. The Company agrees that it shall give notice to record holders of American Depositary Receipts and to holders of European Depositary Receipts of any amendment to its Articles of Incorporation changing the number of shares of Stock previously designated as a Unit at least three months prior to the effectiveness of such amendment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, if the number of shares of Stock proposed to be designated as a Unit pursuant to an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation is a number evenly divisible into the number of shares of Stock then designated as a Unit, the Company shall give notice to record holders of American Depositary Receipts and to holders of European Depositary Receipts of such amendment at least two weeks prior to the effectiveness of such amendment.
Change in Unit. The Company shall notify the Depositary of any amendment to its Articles of Incorporation that will change the number of Shares constituting a Unit at least two weeks before that change takes effect.
Change in Unit. The Company agrees that it shall give notice to record holders of Receipts of any amendment to its Articles of Incorporation changing the number of Shares previously designated as a Unit as soon as practicable but no later than two weeks after the adoption of a shareholders' resolution giving effect to such change in Unit.
