CAS. “CAS” or "Custom Application Software” means custom software components of the Solution developed by Tenex and required to fulfill the specifications in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, parametric instructions, program source statements, and customization of standard software components. CAS does not include software developed by other or third parties (“TPS”).
CAS a. You are responsible for ensuring you fully comply with the immigration laws of the UK and the conditions of your visa when entering the UK for your Course. In the event the INTO Centre reasonably suspects fraudulent activity in relation to any application submitted, the INTO Centre reserves the right to withdraw any offer which has already been made and report its suspicion to the UKVI. Details of immigration responsibilities can be found on the UKVI website.

CAS. After the first six (6) months of the Initial Term, CAS shall ship the Products no later than four (4) weeks after the date CAS receives an Order. In the event that the Products require special shipping, handling, storage, security and safety, CAS shall notify Graphic Controls of such requirements. Shipments will be made in exact order quantities unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties. Graphic Controls' acceptance of a shipment does not imply acceptance of the entire lot. Graphic Controls shall notify CAS of discrepancies in shipment or pricing within thirty (30) days following receipt of invoice. Subject to applicable lead times set forth herein, if CAS anticipates, at the time it receives an Order, that it will be unable to deliver a Product by the requested shipment date, CAS will promptly request consent from Graphic Controls to an extension of time for shipment, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. If CAS does not make such request, Graphic Controls may cancel the Order without any liability to Graphic Controls. Any premium freight charges, required by any late shipment, are CAS' responsibility.

CAS. Neb-neda shall perform necessary interior demolition, design and renovation, and construct a three-story addition on top of 000 X. 00xx Xxxxxx so that said building becomes a seven-story boutique hotel with 34 rooms on floors 2 through 7 and a bar/food service and lobby area on the first floor within the CAS Condo Unit and certain hotel improvements and sidewalk café in the X. 00xx Xxxxxx right of way (collectively “Xxxxxxx Hotel”). Certain hotel improvements located with the N. 00xx Xxxxxx right of way shall be operated and maintained pursuant to the Hotel Improvement Agreement as shown on Exhibit G. The hotel anticipate that its bar/food service will desire to have sidewalk cafes (1) within the sidewalk portion of the N. 00xx Xxxxxx right of way. Any proposed sidewalk café within said right of way will be required to apply and be approved under Chapter 14.50 (Outdoor Café) of the Lincoln Municipal Code.
CAS. Neb-neda shall, through the City Executive Order process, reconfigure and construct accordingly on-street parking, sidewalks, canopies, curbs, three on-street loading zone stalls, pedestrian lighting, and other features in the 00xx Xxxxxx right of way in a manner generally consistent with the schematic drawings attached hereto as Exhibit X. Xxxxxxx Commercial Club and Enterprises shall be jointly responsible for redesigning and reconstructing the existing sidewalk in the 00xx Xxxxxx right of way from an extension the north boundary of the LCC Property to an extension of the south boundary line of the LCC Property to the extent it has not been replaced as part of other recent right-of-way improvement projects along P Street. Design and construction of said improvements in the public right of way for 00xx Xxxxxx shall be referred to collectively herein as “Streetscape Improvements”.
CAS. CAS will indemnify and hold harmless Seller from and against any and all costs, losses, claims (including claims by third parties), liabilities, fines, penalties, damages and expenses (including interest which may be imposed in connection therewith, court costs, and reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel) suffered by Seller in connection with (a) any inaccuracy in or breach of any representation or warranties of CAS herein or in any document, certificate, or exhibit delivered by CAS or any officer of CAS pursuant to this Agreement; and (b) relative to CAS's past, present, and future operations.
