Cancelation Fee. Given the nature of the Services, Company acknowledges that Rev. 1 will be making a substantial initial investment of time, effort and funds in order to begin to provide the Services and attempt to develop the Product. Some of these costs are amortized by Rev. 1 throughout the entire term of this Agreement. If Company terminates this Agreement before the end of the term, Company will pay in full for all services & expenses not yet paid and will then also forfeit the remaining Deposit held by Rev.1. If Rev.1 terminates this agreement, after payment is made by Company for all outstanding balances, Rev.1 will refund the remaining Deposit, if any.
Cancelation Fee. A Cancelation fee is ordinarily charged to the Student if the University approves a Cancelation of the contract for an assigned bed space prior to the period when the student takes occupancy of the space. The University may waive this fee at its sole discretion. The specific fee charged is based on the date the University receives the Studentʼs request to cancel. For Fall Semester Requests submitted: Fee: June 1 to July 31, 2022 $250 On or after August 1, 2022 $500 For Spring Semester Request submitted: Fee: December 21 to January 10, 2023 $250 On or after January 10, 2023 $500 7. After a Student has taken occupancy of the space, or after the official move-in date for the academic term, a cancelation is not approved at will by payment of a cancelation fee alone. The student must provide documentation of appropriate grounds for cancelation consistent with the cancelation provisions of this contract, and the cancelation must be approved in writing. If a cancelation is approved during the first five (5) weeks of the semester, a cancelation fee of $500 will apply in addition to any prorated fees charged for the period during which the student was assigned to the space prior to the approved cancelation date. Cancelation Fee. If you reserve a rental booking with us and cancel it within less than 24 hours of the pickup / start time of your rental, we may at our sole discretion, assess and charge you a one day rental charge as a cancelation fee. If you do not inform us of your intent to cancellation your rental and do not show up to pick up your scheduled rental after previously booking and confirming your rental, we may at our sole discretion, assess and charge you a one day rental charge as a cancellation fee
Cancelation Fee. 1. If at any point, within 15 days after enrollment, you decide that you cannot participate in the COC program due to financial, political, or other such personal reasons and have not yet taken your first course, an intake processing fee of up to 20% will be deducted from your refund amount along with any other fees for services, if any, already performed.

Cancelation Fee. If a Subscription or Statement of Services permits early termination and Customer cancels the Subscription or Statement of Service before the end of the Subscription or billing period, Customer may be charged a cancelation fee. Cancelation Fee. Model shall be given one free reschedule and a total of two dates without cost. If Model reschedules a second time or for a third date then Model will pay a venue fee that is due in full before the third date is scheduled or future modeling sessions are scheduled. Payment must be fully processed before rescheduling. Fees are based on the venue type. Private residences and public venues have a $15 fee. Private venues have a $25 fee. Wedding venues have a $125 fee. If Model is already JN Photography Certified he/she will have a $5 deduction from all fees. The Certified discount does not apply for models who have passed a background check but have not completed the certification process. Fees are due before third and subsequent rescheduling. This fee is not reimbursable. Company reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule with/without reason at any time. If Company rescheduled and/or cancels it will not count against Model.
