Call Agreement Sample Clauses
A Call Agreement clause establishes the right of one party, typically the buyer, to require the other party to sell a specified asset or interest at a predetermined price or under certain conditions. Call Agreement. Purchaser and Sellers shall amend prior to the Closing that certain Agreement for Wireless Visiting Service dated May 25, 2001 ("CALL AGREEMENT") between Purchaser and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Cellular Systems, Inc. to delete from Exhibit A to the Call Agreement all references to the Cellular System, which amendment shall be effective as of the Closing Date.
