Bus Service. Purchase of a Bus Ticket will entitle you to access the Bus Service as described on the Bus Ticket and otherwise indicated by the Promoter. You acknowledge that purchase or possession of a Bus Ticket does not entitle you to entry to the Venue. The Company will review bus scheduling, including eliminating the run to Gate 4 (which is not used), and rerouting that bus to circulate between the Tool and Die Parking Lot and the various Severstal operations on the west side of the boat slip. After this change, there will be a North Caster Bus, a South Caster Bus and a general route bus. Such routes will be subject to modification by the Company in the future. The Company will also implement a complaint procedure to review issues and will meet periodically with the Union to discuss any issues.

Bus Operator shall operate a scheduled bus service to and from the Airports and the Hilton of the Americas and Marriott Marquis from the pick-up and drop-off locations described in Exhibit “C” in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit “B”. 3.2.1.2. The Bus Operator shall make recommendations for the size of the fleet, with 25% spare ratio, to operate the schedule routes. The Bus Operator shall monitor and assess the scheduled bus usage and recommend to the Director when the number of buses and frequency of routes should be increased or decreased. 3.2.1.3. The Director, in his sole discretion, may change the routes, level of service, hours of operation, and schedules by providing written notice to Bus Operator authorizing the change along with the newly adjusted exhibit(s). Any such change to the routes, service, and schedule or corresponding changes to Exhibits “B” (Hours of Operation and Bus Schedule) and “C” (Waiting Area and Bus Stop Pick-Up and Drop-Off Zones) shall not require an amendment of this Agreement.

During the 2021 Negotiations, the Company reaffirmed its commitment to provide reliable transportation for employees from the parking lot to work areas. During the last few months, the Company and the Provider have taken significant measures to ensure the reliability of the bus service. Examples of these steps include, the purchase of a new bus and taking action to reduce staff turnover. The Company and the Union will continue to meet regularly to address additional future concerns.
