Building Holidays Sample Clauses
The Building Holidays clause defines specific days during which construction work is not permitted on a project site. Typically, these holidays include nationally recognized public holidays, weekends, or other dates agreed upon by the parties, and may be listed in the contract schedule. By clearly identifying non-working days, this clause helps prevent disputes over project timelines and ensures that both parties have a shared understanding of when work can and cannot occur, thereby facilitating accurate scheduling and fair assessment of delays.
