Broker Representations. Each of Landlord and Tenant represents and warrants to the other that it has not dealt with any broker in connection with this Lease other than Broker and that to the best of its knowledge and belief, no other broker, finder or similar Person procured or negotiated this Lease or is entitled to any fee or commission in connection herewith.

Broker Representations. BROKER is engaged in the business of providing freight brokerage services pursuant to Broker Authority granted by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA). BROKER is acting in it’s capacity as an agent only in tendering shipments from BROKER’s customers to CARRIER. CARRIER acknowledges full responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of each shipment arranged between BROKER and CARRIER. BROKER agrees to maintain all the necessary documents, bond, and insurance certificates required under the conditions of this authority and agrees to furnish upon CARRIER request a copy of these documents and certificates. BROKER desires to avail itself of CARRIER’s transportation services and tender shipments to CARRIER.

Landlord has retained Landlord's Agent as leasing agent in connection with this Lease and Landlord shall be solely responsible for any fee that may be payable to Landlord's Agent pursuant to a separate agreement. Broker Representations. Broker represents and warrants to Owner that Broker and all of its agents performing services under it shall be duly licensed in the State of Missouri to the extent required by applicable law, and agrees to comply with all applicable laws in the performance of the services hereunder including, but not limited to, the real estate broker licensure requirements of Chapter 339 of the Missouri Revised Statutes. Broker covenants to keep its license and those of its agents performing services under this Agreement in good standing at all times during the term of this Agreement to the extent required by applicable law.
Broker Representations. Broker represents warrants and covenants the following to Seller as of the date of this Agreement, and as of each date that Broker accepts a listing pursuant to a Sales Addendum from Seller. Broker acknowledges that Seller is relying on these representations, warranties and covenants in entering into this Agreement and providing Broker each listing under this Agreement.
