Binding on Heirs. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, representatives, transferees, successors, and assigns.
Binding on Heirs. This Agreement and the terms and conditions hereof are binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of Port and the heirs, executors, administrators and, to the extent permitted hereunder, the assigns of Owner.
Binding on Heirs. The provisions of this lease shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, and successors of both owner and renter in like manner as upon the original parties, except as provided by mutual written agreement.

It is further covenanted and agreed, by and between the Lessor and the Lessee, that all the covenants, agreements, provisions, conditions and undertakings in this lease contained shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, successors, and permitted assigns of the respective Lessor and Lessee hereto, and the same as if they were in every case named and expressed, and shall be construed as covenants running with the land; and that wherever in this lease reference is made to either the Lessor or the Lessee hereto, it shall be held to include and apply to (wherever and whenever applicable) also the heirs, executors, successor, personal or legal representatives, and permitted assigns of each Lessor or Lessee, and same as if in each and every case so expressed.
Binding on Heirs. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors, heirs, personal representatives and assigns.
Binding on Heirs. This Agreement shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of the Members.
Binding on Heirs. This Agreement and all its obligations and covenants shall bind the parties and their heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, personal representatives, successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
Binding on Heirs. The provisions of this Lease shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. No delay on the part of City or Lessee in exercising any right, power, or privilege shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege constitute such waiver nor exhaust the same, which shall be continuing.
Binding on Heirs. 20.1. This Agreement binds and inures to the benefit of the parties, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns (subject to Section 9.2(b)).
