Bidder Qualifications. Bidder has previously provided, or is providing as part of its Proposal(s), or from time to time after Bidder’s execution of this Agreement may provide, to ESI certain information with respect to Bidder’s qualifications to participate in the RFP Process. Bidder represents and warrants to ESI that all such information that Bidder has previously provided or is providing in its Proposal(s) is true and accurate as of the Effective Date and that any such information Bidder may hereafter provide concerning its Proposal(s) will be true and accurate as of the date Bidder provides it to ESI. Bidder agrees that, so long as Bidder continues to participate in the RFP Process and the applicable RFP document(s) do not otherwise provide, Bidder will promptly inform ESI of any material change in any of the information provided by Bidder regarding Bidder’s qualifications to participate in the RFP Process and will promptly provide ESI with subsequently filed or prepared information (including, without limitation, any financial statements and reports) of the type previously provided or contemplated.

Bidder represents and warrants to ETI that all such information Bidder has previously provided to ETI or an ETI Representative in the RFP or is providing in the Proposal is true and accurate in all material respects as of the Effective Date and that any such information Bidder may hereafter provide concerning the Proposal will be true and accurate in all material respects as of the date Bidder provides it to ETI. Bidder agrees that, so long as Bidder continues to participate in the RFP Process and the applicable RFP document(s) do not otherwise provide, Bidder will inform ETI promptly of any material change in any of the information so provided by Bidder pursuant to the RFP Process and will promptly provide ETI with subsequently filed or prepared information (including, without limitation, any financial statements and reports) of the type previously provided or contemplated.
Bidder Qualifications. For each bid package, Construction Manager shall submit to Owner Parties for approval, a proposed list of qualified bidders. All proposed Subcontractors shall be reputable and qualified firms, each with a sufficient record of successful performance of work similar to that Work for which they are proposed. All potential Subcontractors who by Applicable Law must be qualified and registered, shall be, and shall meet the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board’s requirements to perform work.‌ Owner shall have the right to approve or disapprove, in its reasonable discretion, any proposed bidder on the Potential Subcontractor List and shall inform Construction Manager of the same within ten (10) days after Owner Parties’ receipt of the Potential Subcontractor List. However, Owner’s right to approve proposed bidders shall not be construed to relieve Construction Manager of its responsibility to propose and select qualified Subcontractors, and ensure their adequate performance of the Work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents’ requirements.

Bidder Qualifications. Bidders who are not currently parties to the existing contract, or who have previously had their participation limited by the FSA, must provide the following material during the bid submission. FSA reserves the right to accept this information up and until the final award. The bidder shall provide information as on the Bidder Qualifications Form: • Bidder company name and parent company, if applicable • Complete business addressState of incorporationLength of time in business • Names and contact information for key personnel • Identify three contracts of similar size and scope • Any contracts the bidder has been disqualified from, terminated from, or found in default on, to include the reason for disqualification, termination or default Bidders for this bid are not required to supply customer names as indicated on the Bidder Qualification Form.
Bidder Qualifications. When submitting the bid, each bidder must submit a written statement (Form 1, “Certification of Experience” Documentation), detailing their qualifications that demonstrate they meet the minimum qualifications contained in Special Condition 9.1, above. Failure by the Bidder to provide the above item(s) will constitute a non-responsive determination. Bids found to be non-responsive will not be considered.
