BENCHES Sample Clauses

The 'BENCHES' clause defines the requirements and specifications related to benches within a contract, typically in the context of construction, landscaping, or public space projects. It outlines the type, quantity, materials, installation methods, and locations for benches to be provided by the contractor. For example, it may specify that benches must be made of weather-resistant materials and installed at designated intervals along a pathway. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the expectations for benches, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring the finished project meets the intended design and usability standards.
