BEACONS. Seller is not obliged to indicate the boundaries or the beacons of the property. The Seller confirms that to the best of his knowledge all beacons are correctly positioned and the border of the property is fenced correctly. The Purchaser will be entitled to satisfy himself as to the correctness of the extent of the property.

6.5. Ensure that the Beacons provided are not used or stolen by unauthorized third parties and, in particular, that the Beacons are adequately protected against theft, especially when not in use. The Contractual Partner shall ensure that the Beacons are not removed from their Place of Use without authorization;
6.6. Take all necessary measures to protect the Beacons against destruction or damage;
6.7. Notify Hotel Beacons GmbH without delay upon learning that a Beacon has been lost, damaged, or stolen;
6.8. Return to Hotel Beacons GmbH all Beacons provided after the termination of the Contract;
BEACONS. The PURCHASER acknowledges that at the date of signing this CONTRACT the beacons establishing the boundaries of the PROPERTY may not be in place. The SELLER or its agent shall at the written request of the PURCHASER point out the beacons to the PURCHASER once they are in place whereafter the SELLER shall have no further obligation to the PURCHASER to either point out, or establish any beacons in relation to the boundaries of the PROPERTY.

These providers implement the “Proximity Beacon API” Standard which is a part of the Bluetooth low energy (BLE) beacon platform that includes Eddystone Standard, an open beacon format from Google. The Proximity Beacon API is a cloud service that allows users such as the BEACONING Ecosystem to manage data associated with BLE beacons using a REST Standard interface13.

BEACONS. The Seller undertakes at the Seller’s cost to flag and locate the beacons on the boundaries of the Property within ten (10) days of the Date of Signature. BEACONS. 6.1 The seller shall not be responsible for the identification of the surveyor's beacons, pegs or boundaries, and shall also not be responsible for the related costs, for surveying the property.
6.2 In the event of there being a difference between the size of the property as described herein and as defined in the title deed, the description and extend in the title deed shall be followed and neither of the parties shall be entitled to any claim the one against the other, for whatever reason.
