Basic Service Prices. Your rate plan will be as specified in your Welcome Letter or Electric Service Agreement.
Basic Service Prices. You will pay the supply price listed in your contract summary for electric generation service consisting of 5% Solar-generated electricity from Pennsylvania. Customer agrees and understands that the rate may fluctuate month to month based on the cost to purchase and supply you with electricity within the PJM market. This rate includes transmission charges and estimated total state taxes, including the Gross Receipts Tax, but excludes applicable state and local sales taxes and any new taxes imposed. Basic Service Prices. YEP endeavors to offer you its most competitive prices possible in its fixed price and variable price plans. Prices for our fixed price and variable price plans include Generation and Transmission Charges and estimated total state taxes, including gross receipts tax, but exclude charges for EDC services (generally, Distribution Charges and utility fees) and federal, state, and local taxes (other than state gross receipts tax). These items are in addition to your price. There is no charge for entering into this Agreement. There is also no charge for terminating this Agreement solely to the extent permitted by the cancellation provisions described in Section 8 below, and under certain other circumstances, you will be responsible for payment of the Early Cancellation Fee defined in Section 3 above. The price charged for electric generation service under this Agreement is reflective of competitive market conditions, was not set or approved by the Commission and does not include any applicable taxes (except for state gross receipts tax), or charges from your EDC, which will be passed through to you at cost in addition to the price set forth on your Enrollment Authorization.

You will be billed at the price specified in the opt-out notification. If you are a net metering customer but have not contacted FES to sign a net metering agreement, you will not receive any credit per kilowatt-hour for any net negative usage generated in any given month. In addition to FES’ charges, you will be charged by your EU for distribution and various other charges. In addition to the charges described above, if any regional transmission organization or similar entity, EU, governmental entity or agency, NERC and other industry reliability organization, or court requires a change to the terms of the Agreement, or imposes upon Supplier new or additional charges or requirements, or a change in the method or procedure for determining charges or requirements, relating to your Retail Electric Supply under this Agreement (any of the foregoing, a “Pass-Through Event”),which are not otherwise reimbursed to FES, Customer agrees that Supplier may pass through the additional cost to Supplier of such Pass- Through Event, which may be variable, to Customer. Changes may include, without limitation, transmission or capacity requirements, new or modified charges or shopping credits, and other changes to retail electric customer access programs.
