Base Map. The CONSULTANT will produce a base map of the project area using COUNTY’s CADD standards. The base map will contain an aerial photo and existing characteristics for the Project. The base map must show environmental issues that are specific to the Study Area such as cemeteries, wetlands, historic properties, high-risk contamination sites, public parks, and property lines. Base Map. A topographic base will be prepared for the survey areas by either using a DTM, or by digitizing/scanning the major features (large lakes, major rivers, towns, etc.) from the available topographic maps covering the area, and plotting them as background on to the geophysical maps. Base Map. This task includes preparation of a Base Map at a scale of 1 inch = 20 feet with a vertical contour interval of 1 foot. The horizontal datum will be based on the California Coordinate System of 1983, Zone 5 (CCS83) and the vertical datum will be based on North America Vertical Datum of 1988 (NGVD 88). The accuracy of all surveys will comply with the Caltrans Orders of Survey Accuracy, and drawings will comply with the Caltrans Plans Preparation Manual and the Caltrans CADD User Manual. A sealed and signed hard copy of this Base Map will also be prepared and provided to the County.

  • Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.

  • Base Management Fee The Base Management Fee shall be calculated at an annual rate of 2.0% of the Company’s average gross assets. The Base Management Fee shall be payable quarterly in arrears, and shall be calculated based on the average value of the Company’s gross assets at the end of the two most recently completed calendar quarters.   • Program Budget A) Contractor will expend funds received for operation of its program and services according to Contractor’s annual operating budget. In the event the Director of the Human Services Agency or her designee determines said transfer of twenty percent (20%) or more is inconsistent with the goals and objectives of the County Alcohol and Drug Services, she may require a re-negotiation of the Agreement.

  • Annual Reconciliation By June 30th of each calendar year, or as soon thereafter as reasonably possible, Landlord shall endeavor to furnish Tenant with an accounting of actual Operating Expenses and Tax Expenses. Within thirty (30) days of Landlord's delivery of such accounting, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the amount of any underpayment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, failure by Landlord to give such accounting by such date shall not constitute a waiver by Landlord of its right to collect any of Tenant's underpayment at any time. Landlord shall credit the amount of any overpayment by Tenant toward the next estimated monthly installment(s) falling due, or where the Term of the Lease has expired, refund the amount of overpayment to Tenant. If the Term of the Lease expires prior to the annual reconciliation of expenses Landlord shall have the right to reasonably estimate Tenant's Share of such expenses, and if Landlord determines that an underpayment is due, Tenant hereby agrees that Landlord shall be entitled to deduct such underpayment from Tenant's Security Deposit. If Landlord reasonably determines that an overpayment has been made by Tenant, Landlord shall refund said overpayment to Tenant as soon as practicable thereafter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, failure of Landlord to accurately estimate Tenant's Share of such expenses or to otherwise perform such reconciliation of expenses, including without limitation, Landlord's failure to deduct any portion of any underpayment from Tenant's Security Deposit, shall not constitute a waiver of Landlord's right to collect any of Tenant's underpayment at any time during the Term of the Lease or at any time after the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
