Base Amounts. (a) The following base amounts shall be used for computing payments to each Instrumental Musician, Leader, Contractor, Arranger and Orchestrator whose services were included in such television program: Type of Program Base Amount Per Person Per Program One-half (½) hour (and all strip programs including strip variety programs regardless of length) $300.00 One (1) hour $375.00 One and one-half (1½) hour $450.00 Two (2) hours $525.00 Each additional one-half (½) hour or fraction thereof $ 75.00

Base Amounts. The term “Base Amounts” shall mean the payment(s) to be made by GM that are specified in Sections 7.D and 8.E of this Settlement Agreement.
Base Amounts. The Performance RSUs base amount will be an amount equal to the number of vested Payout Share Units determined in accordance with Sections 6, 7 and 8 for the Tranche being settled multiplied by the Fair Market Value (as defined in Section 15) of a share of PNC common stock on the date of the Change of Control or by the per share value provided pursuant to Section 11 as applicable. The related Dividend Equivalents base amount will be an amount equivalent to the amount of the cash dividends Grantee would have received, without interest on or reinvestment of such amounts, had Grantee been the record holder of a number of issued and outstanding shares of PNC common stock equal to the number of vested Payout Share Units for that Tranche for the period beginning on the Award Grant Date and through the date of the Change of Control, subject to adjustment if any pursuant to Section 11.
Base Amounts. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement and subject to the terms of this Agreement, IP shall be entitled to, and shall purchase from DYPM, and DYPM shall provide and shall sell to IP, at all times during the Term: (A) Tier 1 Capacity in the amounts specified in Appendix 1 (as such amount may be reduced by the amount of Released Capacity, if any), and (B) Tier 1 Energy and Ancillary Services in hourly amounts equal to the Scheduled Load.

Base Amounts. The Payout Share Units base amount will be an amount equal to the number of vested Payout Share Units specified in the Final Award determined in accordance with Section 8.3 being settled multiplied by the Fair Market Value (as defined in Section 15) of a share of PNC common stock on the date of the Change of Control or by the per share value provided pursuant to Section 11 as applicable.
