Banking Service. WELCOME OVERDRAFT" Terms and definitions in this clause 5.5 of the Agreement carry the following meanings:
Banking Service. If the Credit Union attempts to locate you, the Credit Union may impose a service fee as set forth on the Schedule of Fees and Charges.

You agree that we are not liable for loss or damage resulting from any direct, indirect, special or consequential, economic or other damages arising in any way out of the installation, use or maintenance of the equipment or transmission or provision of the E-Banking Services. In consideration for us providing the Service to you, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, and our officers, directors, agents and employees, harmless against any and all liability, actions, losses, costs, damages or expenses, including attorney's fees and expenses, which we may sustain or incur by reason of, or in consequence of providing the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

WELCOME OVERDRAFT" Terms and definitions in this clause 5.5 of the Agreement carry the following meanings: Rules of Welcome Overdraft – Rules for the provision and use of the "Welcome Overdraft" banking service, published on the Bank's Official Website. All other terms and definitions used in this clause 5.5. of the Agreement and not defined by this Agreement, shall be used in the meaning, specified in the Rules of Welcome Overdraft.
Banking Service provision of a full range of banking operations specified by the effective legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and offered on contractual terms between the Lender and the Borrower on a paid-term basis, according to service rates approved in the established order.
Banking Service. The Council contracts with a support service provider who will provide advice, support and a banking service for all Direct Payment users who have difficulty in opening or maintaining a bank account. When you use the banking service you will be agreeing for the Direct Payment to be paid directly into the support service provider’s bank account. Use of the banking service will be subject to an agreement made between the support service provider and yourself. There is currently no charge made for using this service. The support service provider and Wiltshire Council will decide if you can access the banking service based on your ability to manage the financial arrangements involved in receiving a Direct Payment. Should you use the banking service you will remain responsible for the use of the Direct Payment, i.e. you will direct who is to be paid. Using your Direct Payment In using the Direct Payment you will be agreeing to all the terms and conditions set out in this agreement and in particular the following: I agree to use the payment solely in order to pay for services to meet those needs that the Council has agreed to meet, as set out in my child’s Education, Health and Care Plan. I agree to repay the Direct Payment or any part of it if Wiltshire Council is satisfied that it has not been used to meet those needs. I understand and accept that it is my responsibility to make arrangements to secure appropriate services for my child in order to meet those needs.

Banking Service. The following Security Procedures are applicable to the Commercial Digital (online) Banking Service: Multi-factor authentication and authorization from the Authorized Representatives of the account. The multi-factor authentication requires the individual accessing the system to provide their unique user id, security image and security pass phrase, security questions and a secret password. Those Commercial Digital (online) Banking users utilizing Cash Management Add- On Services will also use a verified device (mobile or landline phone) to obtain a passcode.
