B22 Clause Samples

B22. Either Party may from time to time during the term of this Contract, by written notice to the other Party, request a Variation. A Variation Notice must set out in as much detail as is reasonably practicable the proposed Variation(s).
B22. This Contract may not be amended or varied other than in accordance with this clause B22.
B22. If a Variation Notice is issued, the Authority and the Provider must enter into good faith negotiations for a period of not more than 30 Business Days from the date of that notice (unless such period is extended by the Parties in writing) with a view to reaching agreement on the proposed Variation, including on any adjustment to the Charges that, in all the circumstances, properly and fairly reflects the nature and extent of the proposed Variation. If the Parties are unable to agree a proposed Variation within such time period (or extended time period), the proposed Variation shall be deemed withdrawn and the Parties shall continue to perform their obligations under this Contract.
B22. The Provider warrants and represents that:
B22. Push-to-talk (PTT) operation: Separate PTT switches must be provided for radio transmitter and ICS microphone operation at the pilot and observer positions. ICS PTT switches must be provided for the other ICS-equipped positions. The pilot's PTT switches must be mounted on the cyclic control. The PTT switch(es) for all other positions must be mounted on the cord to the earphone/microphone connector.
B22. Until such time as a Variation is agreed in accordance with this clause B22 and unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing, the Authority and Provider shall continue to supply the Services specified in this Contract as if the request for a Variation had not been made.
B22. All employees covered by this Agreement who are eligible shall participate in the BCTF/BCSTA Group Life Insurance Plan B, beginning the first of the month following the date employment starts. Premium costs shall be paid 75% by the Board and 25% by the employee.
B22. If within 30 days of notification of a Dispute the processes set out in this clause do not resolve such dispute to the satisfaction of both parties either party may refer any Dispute to an adjudicator.
B22. All engine and component overhauls will be performed by an FAA repair station.
B22. The aircraft records must include an accurate equipment list which shows weight and arm of all installed equipment.
