Award 2020. Employee shall mean an employee of Axess Offshore Australia Pty Ltd covered by this Agreement. Company shall mean Axess Offshore Australia Pty Ltd. Continuous Shiftworker, including for the purposes of the NES, means an Employee engaged in a system of shifts which are continuously rostered 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and who is rostered regularly to work those shifts and works regularly on Sundays and public holidays. FWC means the Fair Work Commission. Greenfields Construction Work means hook-up, commissioning and completions work on new facilities, installations and/or systems that have not previously produced hydrocarbons.

Where a casual Teacher would otherwise be classified at level 5 under the Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020 (the Award) and is engaged to work five (5) or more consecutive days, they will be paid the minimum rate applicable under the Award plus $1.00 in addition to that rate.
