Average Invested Assets. For a specified period, the average of the aggregate book value of the assets of the Company invested, directly or indirectly, in Investments before deducting depreciation, bad debts or other non-cash reserves, computed by taking the average of such values at the end of each month during such period.
Average Invested Assets. For a specified period, the average of the aggregate book value of the Assets, before reserves for depreciation, amortization, bad debts or other similar non-cash reserves, other than impairment charges, computed by taking the average of such values at the end of each business day during such period; provided, however, that after the Board is determining on a regular basis an estimated per share value of the Shares, “Average Invested Assets” will be based upon the aggregate valuation of the Assets as reasonably determined by the Board.

For a specified period, the average of the aggregate book value of the Assets, before deducting depreciation, bad debts or other similar non-cash reserves, computed by taking the average of such values at the end of each month during such period; provided, however, that during such periods in which the Board is determining on a regular basis the current value of the Trust’s net assets for purposes of enabling fiduciaries of employee benefit plan shareholders to comply with applicable Department of Labor reporting requirements, “Average Invested Assets” will equal the greater of (i) the amount determined pursuant to the foregoing or (ii) the most recent Assets’ aggregate valuation established by the Board without reduction for depreciation, bad debts or other non-cash reserves and without reduction for any debt secured by or relating to the Assets.
Average Invested Assets. For a specified period, the average of the aggregate book value of the assets of the Company invested, directly or indirectly, in Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments secured by real estate before reserves for depreciation or bad debts or other similar non-cash reserves, computed by taking the average of such values at the end of each month during such period. Board of Directors or Board. The persons holding such office, as of any particular time, under the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, whether they be the Directors named therein or additional or successor Directors.
Average Invested Assets. For a specified period, the average Aggregate Asset Value, computed by taking the average of such values at the end of each month during such period.

Average Invested Assets. Average Invested Assets" for any period shall mean the average of the values of the Invested Assets on the last day of each month during such period.

Average Invested Assets does not include proceeds from subscription payments received by the Corporation from investors, regardless of how held or denominated, until such proceeds have been invested in Real Estate Assets as described in the previous sentence.

For a specified period, the average of the aggregate book value of the assets of Xxxxx REIT invested, directly or indirectly, in Properties and loans secured by real estate before reserves for depreciation or bad debts or other similar non-cash reserves, computed by taking the average of such values at the end of each month during such period.
