Authorized Payments. When you transmit a bill payment instruction to us, you authorize us to transfer funds to make the bill payment transaction from your designated checking account. We will process bill payment transfer requests only to those payees the Credit Union has designated in its User Instructions and such payees as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper payee account number and payment information. The Credit Union will not process any bill payment transfer if we know the required transaction information is incomplete. In any event, the Credit Union will not be liable for any transaction that contains incorrect information that the Credit Union was not responsible for entering or knowing. If there are insufficient funds in your account to make the bill payment, we may either refuse to make the payment or make the payment and transfer funds from any overdraft protection account (including Courtesy Pay, as applicable) you have established. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to process payment instructions that reasonably appear to the Credit Union to be fraudulent or erroneous.

You are also responsible for any NSF charges, finance charges, and/or late fees imposed by the Bill Payment provider and/or the merchant(s) you intended to pay with your Bill Payment account. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to process payment instructions that reasonably appear to the Credit Union to be fraudulent or erroneous.
Authorized Payments. If You want to stop any pre-authorized payments, call Us at the telephone number shown in this Agreement, or write Us at the address shown in this Agreement in time for Us to receive Your stop payment request 3 business days or more before the payment is scheduled to be made. If You call, We may also require You to put Your request in writing and get it to Us within 14 days after You call. To be sure that a third party does not bill You again for the "stopped" payment or to cancel the entire pre-authorized payment arrangement, contact the third party.

We will have no obligation to initiate any payment if there are not sufficient funds in your designated account, but may in our discretion do so pursuant to any applicable overdraft agreements. Refer to the Fee Schedule for any applicable fee(s) on Non-sufficient Funds or Courtesy Pay items. You or any persons who you have authorized to use your online banking Username and Password can perform the following transactions: o Pay any designated merchant institution or individual in accordance with this agreement a fixed recurring amount or a variable amount on a one-time payment from your Checking Account. o Obtain information (payee information, payment status information, etc.) about your Xxxx Pay account status. o Xxxx Pay Transactions. You authorize us to process xxxx payments from your Checking Account. You may use the Xxxx Pay service to initiate two different types of payment transactions: "One-Time" payments are payments that are not reoccurring. The payments can be canceled or changed through online banking up until our Cutoff Time of 8:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on the Cutoff Date prior to processing the payment, which is five (5) business days for paper check requests or three (3) business days for electronic payments.

To be sure that a third party does not bill You again for the "stopped" payment or to cancel the entire pre- authorized payment arrangement, contact the third party. NOTICE OF VARYING AMOUNTS. If regular pre-authorized payments may vary in amount, the person You are going to pay will tell You, 10 days before each payment, when it will be made and how much it will be. You may choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that You set.
