Audit Standards a. The audit will be designed to increase the accountability for the expenditure of federal, state, local, and other funds utilized by the subcontractors and subgrantees of DAODAS. The audit will apply to the entire operation of an agency. Audits of individual departments and agencies may be considered a single audit when conducted on a county government body by an independent auditor, and will comply with 2CFR 200 Uniform Guidance.
Audit Standards. Xxxxxxx acknowledges this Agreement involves the use of federal funds and as such is subject to audit by the agency of the United States government granting funds to Grantor for purposes of performing the Project. As directed by Xxxxxxx, the Project will be subject to fiscal and compliance audits in accordance with 2 CFR 200 and United States Government Accountability Office Guidelines for Financial and Compliance Audits of Federally Assisted Programs.
Audit Standards. The independent fiscal audit shall conform to generally accepted governmental auditing principles. Such audits shall identify the funds received and disbursed under this AGREEMENT and include the following components:
Audit Standards. The Engineer shall maintain, and also require that its Sub- Consultants/Subcontractors maintain, all books, documents, papers, accounting records, and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and shall make such material available for examination at its office at all reasonable times during the agreement period and for three years from the date of final payment under this agreement. Any audit must take place at Agent’s corporate office (or other location where Agent maintains the applicable books and records), and must be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. All Parties will share in the cost of each audit conducted under Section 8.7.1 or 8.7.2 (including Agent’s reasonable costs in facilitating the audit) according to their respective Proportionate Shares, and the findings of any such audits will be conclusive with respect to each Party.
Audit Standards. Contractor accountants shall use sound professional judgment in determining the standards that apply to each specific audit.
