ASSIGNEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS. We may transfer or assign this Agreement to any other service provider, financial institution or other entity. Upon an assignment to another service provider, Dealer will be relieved of any further obligations hereunder. You may not transfer this Agreement to someone else unless we approve the transfer in writing. We may use subcontractors, sub-subcontractors and third-party providers, including SkyAngelFriends and the Center to provide Services. This Agreement, and particularly Sections 6 and 7 shall apply to the work and services they provide, and shall apply to them and protect our assignees, subcontractors, sub-subcontractors and third-party providers in the same manner as it applies to and protects us.

Upon an assignment to another security company, we will be relieved of any further obligations hereunder. You may not transfer or assign this agreement to someone else (including someone who purchases or rents your premises) unless we approve the transfer or assignment in writing. We may use others to provide monitoring and other services. This agreement, and particularly Sections 9 and 10, shall apply to the work and services they provide, and shall apply to them and protect our assignees and subcontractors in the same manner as it applies to and protects us.

You may not transfer the agreement to someone else (including someone who purchases or rents your home) unless we approve the transfer in writing. We may use subcontractors, including the Center, to provide repair and monitoring and sections 2, 14 and 15 shall apply to the work and services they perform, and shall apply to them and protect them in the same manner as it they apply to and protect us.
ASSIGNEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS. This Agreement is not assignable by you. This Agreement or any portion thereof is assignable by Company in its sole discretion. Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, subcontract for the provision of services under this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that the provisions of this Agreement inure to the benefit of and are applicable to any subcontractor (further referred to as “Medical Guardian”), engaged by Company to provide any service set forth herein to you and bind you to such subcontractors with the same force and effect as they bind you to Company.
ASSIGNEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS. We shall have the right to assign this agreement to any other person, firm or corporation without notice to you and shall have the further right to subcontract any services, which we may perform. Upon our assignment of this agreement, our obligations shall terminate. You acknowledge that this agreement, and particularly those paragraphs relating to our limited liability and third party indemnification, inure to the benefit of and are applicable to any assignees, and/or subcontractors and the work they perform, and that they bind you with respect to said assignees, and/or subcontractors with the same force and effect as they bind you to us.
ASSIGNEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS. Knight may transfer or assign this agreement to any other entity including an alarm company or lender. Purchaser may not transfer this agreement to someone else (including someone who purchases or rents Purchaser's premises) unless Knight approves the transfer in writing. Knight may use subcontractors to provide installation, repair or monitoring services, and this agreement, and particularly sections 10 and 11, shall apply to the work or services they provide, and shall apply to them and protect them in the same manner as it applies to and protects Knight.
ASSIGNEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS. Service Provider may transfer or assign this agreement to any other Security Company or financing institution without notice to Client. Client may not transfer this agreement to someone else (including someone who purchases or rents Client’s Premises) unless Service Provider approves the transfer in writing. If Service Provider uses subcontractors to provide service, this agreement and particularly paragraph 10 and 11 shall apply to them and the work they perform and protect them in the same manner as it applies to and protect Service Provider.

Customer may not transfer this Agreement to someone else (including someone who purchases or rents Customer's premises) unless Company pre-approves the transfer in writing. Company may use subcontractors to provide installation, warranty service, repair service, monitoring, or other services, and this Agreement, and particularly paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 shall apply to them and protect them in the same manner as it applies to and protects Company.
ASSIGNEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS. Xxxxxxxx may transfer or assign these agreement services to any other alarm company or central station, and Xxxxxxxx will notify Customer of any said assignment which you may be accept or reject. The Customer may not transfer these agreement terms and services to someone else (including someone who purchases or rents your premises) unless we approve the transfer in writing. We may use subcontractors (including the Center) to provide monitoring, repair, or other services. The agreement terms shall apply to and protect our assignees and subcontractors in the same manner as it applies to and protects Xxxxxxxx.
