ARTICLE ELEVEN. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey will provide the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and equipment assistance in accordance with the limitations of the Ministry. Article Twelve Concerning any visit of experts and other personnel of both countries within the framework of this Agreement;

ARTICLE ELEVEN. Jurisdiction and Venue The parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of and the propriety of venue in the courts of the State of Georgia and of any federal court located in such state in connection with any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this New Agreement, any document or instrument delivered pursuant to, in connection with, or simultaneously with this New Agreement, or a breach of this New Agreement or any such document or instrument.

The Party of the Second Part undertakes to reach an agreement with the Party of the First Part to determine the fees for handling hazardous waste in accordance with the prevailing market prices, which will be applied universally to all parties involved and monitored by the supervisory agencies in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
