Archives. Article 2 of the Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities shall apply in respect of all archives of the Union in the United Kingdom at the end of the transition period, until they have been removed from the United Kingdom. The Union shall notify the United Kingdom of the removal of any of its archives from the United Kingdom. Article 104
Archives. The archives of the Tribunal, and all documents belonging to it or held by it, shall be inviolable at all times and wherever they may be located. The State Party where the archives are located shall be informed of the location of such archives and documents.
Archives. With an annual subscription, access to the « archives » is authorised for reference only and not for full download. It is thus forbidden to permanently save copies of articles from the archives that you obtain through a subscription or through free archives. Only the full acquisition of the archives gives this right. The archives are composed of: - Content published before the online version of the journal existed and which has been digitised in order to make available the online archive (e.g.: Journal de Physique Archives). - Content to which the subscriber has never subscribed, but that is free (articles that do not have an embargo or journals that are in open access). - Content to which the subscriber has never subscribed, but that is free thanks to his subscription to a journal. In this case, it means free access to a certain number of back years. Access to these archives is not maintained for a user who does not renew his subscription. Use of the articles downloaded from the website: No commercial use of articles obtained through subscriptions or free access is authorised. Though it is authorised for an author to use an article on his personal site or on his institute’s open archives, this is possible only if the downloading does not concern all or almost all of the articles of a journal, which would be harmful to the economic or editorial model of the journal (excluding journals in open access).
Archives. The Represented Member will use commercially reasonable efforts to establish and maintain arrangements whereby Original Works will be preserved and made available through an authorized archive (“Authorized Archive”) in the event that the Represented Member or a successor ceases to host such Original Works. In the event that an agreement is entered into between the Represented Member and the Authorized Archive (an “Archive Agreement”) and a “trigger event” as defined in such Archive Agreement occurs, the Represented Member authorizes PILA to enter into an appropriate agreement with such Authorized Archive or other subsequent authorized host of the content to ensure the persistence of links to the Original Work.

Archives. 53. All data contained in State archives shall be handled in strict compliance with article 31 of the Political Constitution. Once the constitutional reforms envisaged in this Agreement have been approved, the archives, records and any other type of State files relating to domestic security shall be transferred to the Ministry of the Interior. Archives, records and any other State files relating to the protection of the sovereignty and integrity of the territory shall be transferred to the Ministry of Defence. These Ministries shall be responsible for managing the information.
Archives. (i) As soon as practicable following the Effective Time, Xxxxxxxxx shall provide to WKKC an inventory of (A) all Artifacts described in clause (c) of the definition ofWKKC Books and Records” for which only one physical copy exists and no digital copies exist, (B) all books and records related to real property that is owned or leased by Xxxxxxxxx and leased or subleased by WKKC following the Effective Time (clauses (A) and (B) collectively, the “Kellanova Retained Records”), (C) all Artifacts described in clause (c) of the definition of “WKKC Books and Records” for which only one physical copy exists (the “Kellanova Sole Copy Artifacts”) and (D) all physical copies of books and records relating to WKKC Owned Real Property that are not easily separable from Kellanova Books and Records, as determined by Xxxxxxxxx in good faith (the “Kellanova Sole Copy Records”). If requested by WKKC following the Effective Time, Xxxxxxxxx shall use commercially reasonably efforts to provide to WKKC (1) digital copies of the Kellanova Retained Records and (2) access to the Kellanova Sole Copy Artifacts and the Kellanova Sole Copy Records (which access, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be governed by clause (a) of this Section 6.1).
