Amendment and supplementation. Any revision, amendment and supplementation of this Agreement shall be in writing and be executed by Each Party.

Any amendment to or supplemental agreement of this Agreement duly signed by legal or authorized representatives of the Parties constitute a part of this Agreement, and have the same legal force as this Agreement.
