Amendment and Revocation. The Insured and the Bank agree that, during the Insured's lifetime, this Agreement may be amended or revoked at any time or times, in whole or in part, by the mutual written consent of the Insured and the Bank.

Amendment and Revocation. The Trustor may amend or revoke this Trust Agreement by written instrument delivered to the Trustee and with written notice to the California Department of Insurance; provided, however, that no such amendment shall be effective until it has been approved in writing by the California Department of Insurance.
