AGREEMENT TIME. The Work to be performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be completed pursuant to the time as set forth in the PO (“Contact Time”). Time is of the essence.

AGREEMENT TIME. This Agreement becomes effective upon execution of this Agreement and it will terminate upon the completion of Appraiser’s duties and obligations under this Agreement. The Appraiser will complete its services in accordance with the Project Timeline as more specifically set forth in Attachment "A".
AGREEMENT TIME. Agreement Duration is Calendar Days. The Pre-Construction Services described in this Agreement must be performed by CM@Risk in accordance with the Pre- Construction Schedule set forth in attached Exhibit A, as updated and expanded in the most current updated/revised and approved Detailed Project Schedule. Failure on the part of CM@Risk to adhere to the Pre-Construction Schedule requirements for activities for which it is responsible and in control will be deemed a material breach and sufficient ground for termination for cause of this Agreement by City.
AGREEMENT TIME. Time is of the essence of this Agreement and, except where stated otherwise, references in this Agreement to days shall be construed to refer to calendar days. Contractor agrees that Contractor shall commence the Services immediately following City's acceptance of this Agreement ("Commencement Date"). Contractor agrees that Contractor shall perform the Services diligently and continuously throughout the term of the Agreement. The initial term of this Agreement shall be for one year, beginning on the Commencement Date ("Initial Term"). This Agreement shall automatically be renewed for up to three additional one-year terms (each a "Renewal Term"), unless either party, at least ninety days prior to the end of the then- applicable Agreement term, notifies the other party in writing of its intent not to renew this Agreement for the next Renewal Term.
AGREEMENT TIME. The Services shall commence on and shall be completed by (“Agreement Time”).
AGREEMENT TIME. Performance hereunder will commence at 12:01 A.M. on July 1, 2021, and continue to and until 12:00 P.M., on June 30, 2025. This Agreement may, at the option of the City, be extended for an additional term of one (1) year, upon the same terms and conditions. If City desires to extend this Agreement, it shall provide at least sixty (60) days' written notice. City shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon seven (7) days’ prior written notice by Certified mail, return receipt requested, to the address mentioned above for breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, the obligation of the parties for further performance of the terms of this Agreement shall thereupon cease, but they shall not be relieved of the duty to perform their obligations up to the date of termination.
AGREEMENT TIME. 7.1. This Agreement enters into force from the date of its conclusion by the Parties and is valid until the Parties fulfill their obligations in full.
