Agency Representative. This Incident Command System position serves as the point of contact for an assisting or cooperating agency which has been delegated authority to make decisions on all matters affecting that agency’s participation at the incident.
Agency Representative. The Agency’s Engineer assigned to this Project is designated as the Agency’s representative for the purpose of administering the provisions of this Agreement. The Agency’s representative may designate by written notice other persons having the authority to act on behalf of the Agency in furtherance of the performance of this Agreement.
Agency Representative. The Agency’s Primary Representative designated in section 4 on page 1 of this agreement is authorized to transmit instructions, receive information, and interpret and define Agency's policies consistent with this agreement. Contractor shall be entitled to rely on representations made by Agency's representative(s) unless otherwise directed in writing by Agency. All correspondence and other communications shall be directed to or through the Administrator or the Administrator’s designee.
Agency Representative. An authorized representative will be made available to the Work Sponsor in implementing any of the conditions set forth herein.
Agency Representative. During the past several weeks both parties have expressed interest and recognize their beneficial symmetry. By virtue of this signed agreement, U4oria will become the official and preferred, lead Sponsorship Sales & Marketing Agency for PMW managing and directing sponsorship sales for PMW and their associated films to be developed. Currently there are approximately 4-5 representatives in the field selling for PMW. U4oria will lead their efforts, as needed, and receive a 10% override on sponsorship sales deals that U4oria is directly involved with.
Agency Representative. The Agency’s designated representative is Xxxx Xxxx for the purpose of administering the provisions of this Agreement. The Agency’s representative also may act by and through other Agency employees as directed by the Agency’s designated representative.

Agency Representative. Whenever under the provisions of this Agreement the approval of the Agency is required or the Agency is required to take some action at the request of the College, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by the Agency Representative; and the College and the Bond Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action.
Agency Representative. The term "agency representative" means the heads of the agency(ies), or employees, agents or authorized representatives designated by the heads of the agency(ies) as the person or persons who are authorized to request, inspect or receive tax returns or return information pursuant to the agreement on behalf of the agency(ies), but only so long as the duties and employment of such agency(ies) head or designated employee, agent or authorized representative requires access to tax returns and return information for purposes of state tax administration.
Agency Representative. Each Party shall designate an Agency Representative. This designation shall be made in a writing sent to the other Parties and may be modified in writing from time to time. Each Agency Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of their respective Party for all purposes under this Agreement. If any Party fails to designate an Agency Representative or the designee is otherwise incapacitated or unavailable, that Party’s Fire Chief or his or her designee shall serve as the Agency Representative until such time, if ever, as another employee or officer is designated.
