Agency Appointment. Customer hereby appoints RITERATE ENERGY to be Customer’s sole and exclusive Energy supplier and agent for all purposes related to the services provided hereunder, including, without limitation, billing and delivery of Energy to the Premises. Customer’s local distribution company (the “Utility”) is entitled to rely upon all actions taken or documents signed by RITERATE ENERGY in connection with this agency appointment as though Customer had taken such action or signed such document, including, without limitation, any supply, transportation, delivery, administration or billing arrangements and Customer agrees to pay for and be bound by all such arrangements made by RITERATE ENERGY on Customer’s behalf.
Agency Appointment. Each of the Syndication Parties hereby designates and appoints the Administrative Agent to act as agent to service and collect the Loans and its respective Advances and Notes, if any, and to take such action on behalf of such Syndication Party with respect to the Loans and such Advances and Notes, if any, and to execute such powers and to perform such duties, as specifically delegated or required herein, as well as to exercise such powers and to perform such duties as are reasonably incidental thereto, and to receive and benefit from such fees and indemnifications as are provided for or set forth herein, until such time as a successor is appointed and qualified to act as the Administrative Agent. The institution serving as the Administrative Agent or Bid Agent hereunder shall have the same rights and powers in its capacity as a Syndication Party as any other Syndication Party and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent or Bid Agent, and such Syndication Party and its Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of business with Borrower or any Subsidiary or other Affiliate thereof as if it were not the Administrative Agent or Bid Agent hereunder.
Agency Appointment. Each of the Syndication Parties hereby designates and appoints the Administrative Agent to act as agent to service and collect the Loans and its respective Notes and to take such action on behalf of such Syndication Party with respect to the Loans and such Notes, and to execute such powers and to perform such duties, as specifically delegated or required herein, as well as to exercise such powers and to perform such duties as are reasonably incident thereto, and to receive and benefit from such fees and indemnifications as are provided for or set forth herein, until such time as a successor is appointed and qualified to act as the Administrative Agent.
Agency Appointment. On the effective date, Insurer and General Distributor appoint Broker-Dealer and Broker-Dealer accepts the appointment to solicit sales of and to sell Variable Contracts, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Agency Appointment. By this Agreement, we grant you the non-exclusive right to direct customers to the Sites and the services therein, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement does not grant you an exclusive right or privilege to assist in the provision of services arising from your referrals and we obviously intend to contract with and obtain the assistance from others at any time to perform services of the same or similar nature as yours. You shall have no claims to Commission or other compensation on business secured by or through persons or entities other than you.

Agency Appointment a. COMPANY hereby appoints AGENT as its agent to perform the duties set forth herein and vests in AGENT full authority to accomplish, effect and execute such duties upon the terms and conditions set forth below. The authority of AGENT shall be limited to the territory and the kinds of insurance specified in Addendum A.
Agency Appointment.
