Advisory Activities. (a) A Public Land Authorisation (s28 (a) of the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010) that is a:
(i) Lease, Licence or Permit for a Minor Public Works;
(ii) Bee farming range Licence (apiary);
(iii) Grazing or stock Licence;
(iv) Licence for forest produce (e.g. tree ferns, leaves, flowers, sleepers, eucalyptus oil, seed, posts, poles and timber);
(v) Licence for extractive materials (e.g. gravel, limestone, sand, salt etc.);
(vi) Permit for recreation events (e.g. car rallies, rave parties, rogaining/orienteering, mountain biking etc.);
(vii) An agricultural Lease covering less than 40 hectares, including Leases for plantations and aquaculture (specified agricultural Lease);
(viii) Community Purpose Licence or Permit for more than 10 years;
(ix) Community Purpose Lease for 21 years or less;
(x) Commercial Lease for 10 years or less; excluding an authorisation that is associated with a Major Public Works or that is listed at Item 1(a) of this Schedule.
(b) An Earth Resources Or Infrastructure Authorisation (s 28 (b) of the
(i) Issued under the Mineral Resource (Sustainable Development) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ for the purposes of extracting stone from an existing reserve set aside for that purpose, or from a reserve recommended for that purpose by the Victorian Environmental Assessment Council or its predecessors and approved by Government;
(ii) A pre-licence survey under Part 4 Division 2 of the Pipelines ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ for a proposed pipeline that is for the purposes of the establishment, use or operation of any Specified Public Works (see s 27, Limited Land Use Activity (b) of the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010).
(c) A Management Plan or Working Plan that is prepared under the:
(i) Fisheries ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (s 28 );
(ii) National Parks ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (s 17, 17B, 17D or 18);
(iii) Wildlife ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (s 18 or s 32).
(d) A change in the status of land, including the reservation of land, the revocation of the reservation of land, or the change in the boundary of a reservation, that is under the Crown Land (Reserves) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.
(e) A land management activity that is the:
(i) Planned controlled burning of the land (s 28 (d) of the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010);
(ii) Regeneration works and associated activities (s 28 (f) of the
(iii) Rehabilitation of vegetation, or a river, creek or stream (s 28 (e) or
(f) of the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010);
(iv) Destruction of rabbit warrens (s 28 (c, e or f) of the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010).
Advisory Activities. 10.1 Activities to which this clause applies
Advisory Activities. The issuing of a licence referred to in s 28(ka) or (kb) of the Act is an Advisory Activity.
Advisory Activities. Any action taken under ss 45, 49, 50(1) or 58 of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Vic) is an Advisory Activity. This Item specifies the category of Land Use Activities set out in s 28(i), (j), (k), (l), (m), (n), (o), (p) and (q) of the Act, being the: publication of a new or changed Timber Release Plan; or declaration or preparation of a management or work plan, under various pieces of legislation set out below.
Advisory Activities. The construction of a Minor Public Work is an Advisory Activity. The land management activities listed below are Advisory Activities: planned controlled burning; revegetation or regeneration works and associated activities; rehabilitation or regeneration of vegetation, or a lake, river, creek, stream or other waterway; destruction of rabbit warrens; and sand bypassing and dredging. Any Land Use Activity carried out in an Alpine Resort that is not a Routine Activity is an Advisory Activity. The carrying out of a Major Public Work is a Negotiation Activity (Class B).
Advisory Activities. (a) The construction of a Minor Public Work is an Advisory Activity.
(b) The land management activities listed below are Advisory Activities:
(i) planned controlled burning;
(ii) revegetation or regeneration works and associated activities;
(iii) rehabilitation or regeneration of vegetation, or a lake, river, creek, stream or other waterway;
(iv) destruction of rabbit warrens; and
(v) sand bypassing and dredging.
(c) Any Land Use Activity carried out in an Alpine Resort that is not a Routine Activity is an Advisory Activity.

The Parties agree that this Land Use Activity Agreement does not apply to those Land Use Activities specified below. Any Advisory Activity will be exempt from the terms of this Land Use Activity Agreement, if: it will occur wholly on land that is subject to a Joint Management Plan; and the Land Use Activity is consistent with the terms of the Joint Management Plan. The Corporation may, at any time before a Land Use Activity occurs, notify the State that Item 9.1 will not apply to: a particular Land Use Activity; or
