Advice Note Sample Clauses
An Advice Note clause serves to formally document and communicate important information, instructions, or updates related to a contract or transaction. Typically, it is used to notify one party about the dispatch of goods, changes in delivery schedules, or other relevant operational details. By providing a clear and official record of such communications, the clause helps ensure that both parties are informed and can coordinate their actions effectively, thereby reducing misunderstandings and supporting smooth contract performance.
