Adverse Use. Each Party shall notify the other Party of any adverse use by a Third Party of the other Party's Licensed Marks or of a xxxx or name confusingly similar to the other's Licensed Marks and agrees to take no action with respect thereto except with the other's prior written authorization. Each Party further agrees to provide full cooperation with any legal or equitable action by the other Party to protect the other's rights, title and interest in its Licensed Marks.
Adverse Use. 3.16 You must not use the Managed Security Awareness service in a manner which adversely affects use of the Managed Security Awareness service by any other Calibre One's customer. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that this is occurring, we may suspend your Managed Security Awareness service without notice until we are satisfied that this is no longer occurring. The party responsible for bringing and prosecuting any infringement proceedings and for the expenses associated with such proceedings shall have the sole right to retain any damages recovered in such proceedings.

Kirin further agrees to provide full cooperation (at Cerus' expense) with any legal or equitable action by Cerus to protect Cerus’ title and interest in the Licensed Marks.
Adverse Use. Tenant shall not knowingly suffer or permit the Demised Premises or any part thereof to be used in any manner, or anything to be done therein, or suffer or permit anything to be brought into or kept in the Demised Premises which would in any way (a) violate any law or requirement of public authorities, (b) cause structural injury to the Demised Premises or any part thereof, (c) interfere with the normal operations of the heating, air-conditioning, ventilating, plumbing or other mechanical or electrical systems of the Demised Premises or the elevators installed therein, (d) constitute a public or private nuisance, (e) alter the appearance of the exterior of the Demised Premises, or (f) violate the non smoking provisions of Section 24.1.
Adverse Use. ChemTrak agrees to inform Parent's Alert of any adverse use by a third party of the Licensed Marks or of a mark xx name confusingly similar to the Licensed Marks. ChemTrak agrees to take no action with respect thereto except with the prior written authorization of Parent's Alert. Parent's Alert may thereupon take such action as it in its sole discretion deems advisable for the protection of its rights in and to the Licensed Marks.
Adverse Use. You must not use the Cyber Security Service in a manner which adversely affects another customer’s use of the Cyber Security Service. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that this is occurring, we may suspend your Cyber Security Service without notice until we are satisfied that this is no longer occurring. Your obligations So that Calibre One can provide the Cyber Security Service to you, you must at your cost and without delay provide us with: all complete and accurate information (including technical data, consents and all other information); and cooperation and assistance, which we may reasonably request from you from time to time.
