Admission Body Sample Clauses

Admission Body. 2 Where the Admission Body is exercising the functions of a Scheme employer in connection with more than one contract there needs to be a separate admission agreement for each contract. However, there is no need under the Regulations for the admission agreement to be treated as terminating on expiry of the original contract where that contract is renewed or extended and the terms of the admission agreement are otherwise still appropriate. The optional drafting here requires the written agreement of the Administering Authority in order to provide control over the extension of the admission agreement upon contract renewal / extension, and also to ensure that there is appropriate evidence of the decision to extend beyond the term of the original contract.
