Additional Services Charges. During the Term, CalPX shall pay Xxxxx Systems each month for the Additional Services the amounts agreed to by CalPX and Xxxxx Systems at the times agreed to by Xxxxx Systems and CalPX. Additional Services shall be provided on a time and materials basis using Xxxxx Systems' "Standard Commercial Rates", less a 25% discount. Xxxxx Systems may adjust the Standard Commercial Rates no more often than once per year, beginning in the second year of the Term, with 60 days advance written notice.

Additional Services Charges. Where the Supplier is performing or has performed the Maintenance Services in circumstances where it is established that the Equipment was not in Good Working Order due to the customer not fulfilling its obligations (as detailed above), the Supplier may charge, and the Customer shall pay, the Additional Services Charges in respect of that work. In consideration of the performance of any Additional Services the Customer shall pay to the Supplier the Additional Services Charges of £60 for the first hour of work and £50 per hour thereafter of engineers’ time.

Additional Services Charges. (continued) transportation in your attendant’s vehicle in excess of twenty-five (25) miles. Guest Suites The charge for guest suites is $85.00 per night plus tax. Housekeeping Services There is a charge of $30.00 per hour for services requested beyond the normal weekly cleaning. Laundry Services There is a charge of $25.50 per hour for personal laundry beyond the once a week laundry service that is included in the monthly fee. Maintenance Services There is a charge of $35.00 per hour for maintenance services to residents’ personal belongings. Medical Supplies Residents are responsible for purchasing their own medical supplies, such as bandages and ointments. If Glenmeadow purchases these on your behalf, we will charge you the actual cost plus 10%.
Additional Services Charges. During the Term, Client will pay Pxxxx Systems each month for the Additional Services the amounts set forth in the applicable Task Order.
