The "Additional Services Available" clause defines the terms under which a party may request or obtain services beyond those originally specified in the main agreement. Additional Services Available. Other New World services may be required or requested for the following:
(a) Additional software training;
(b) Tailoring of Licensed Standard Software by New World technical staff and/or consultation with New World technical staff;
(c) New World Consultation with other vendors or third parties;
(d) Modifying the Licensed Standard Software;
(e) Designing and programming Custom Software;
(f) Maintaining modified Licensed Standard Software and/or Custom Software. Customer may request these additional services in writing using New World's Request For Service (RFS) procedure (or other appropriate procedure mutually agreed upon by Customer and New World).
Additional Services Available. 1. In addition to the daily call check-in service described above, the Program can connect Participants with their local Area Agency on Aging for more information about available services and supports in their area.
2. Participants may also choose to connect with a representative of the Program for a friendly chat. This service provides brief informal conversations to encourage older Ohioans to stay socially connected and engaged.
