Additional Security Services. Subtenant shall have the right in its sole discretion and at its sole expense to obtain additional security services for its Premises so long as Subtenant uses Security Company for the provision of such services.
Additional Security Services. 7.5.1. *Note: Aircraft security inspection procedure, according to sub-article 7.4.2 (b 1)is carried out by the Carrier provided the crew has a special staff with the responsibilities in accordance with the state rules of Carrier’s registration to maintain aviation security regulations and instructions concerning aircraft inspection. The Carrier bears the responsibility for the security inspection procedure in this case.Carrier’s representative (Carrier) providesa copy of the aircraft security acceptance sertificate to the Handling Company. 1.2. The fees, tariffs and prices applicable to the Service Company as of the date of this Agreement are specified in Appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this Annex B. Additional ground handling services referred to in this paragraph, but not listed in Annexes 1 and № 2, in accordance with the current charges and fees (prices) of the Handling Company the Carrier pays at the moment of rendering of services. 1.3. The Handling Company provides to the pilot-in-command or the authorized representative of the Carrier invoices and other documents on the provided services and the services on certain flights to be signed signature. The Handling Company also calculates the costs of these services of the Handling Company. The Carrier is obliged to sign the specified initial documents directly in the course of services rendering. 1.4. The Carrier undertakes to carry out training of specialists of the Engineering and Aviation Service for work with an aircraft of the __________________________. SECTION 8. AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE 8.1.5., 8.2.4., 8.3.4., 8.5.1. (а) (в) 1). The Carrier conforms the date and time of the aircraft arrival/departure to the Handling Company not later than 24 hours before aircraft landing. The Carrier sends the Contact Application specified in Paragraph 10. The Application shall contain the following information: - date of the aircraft arrival/departure; - flight plan in UTC, flight purpose, Origin and Destination (O&D); - name of the airline; - flight number, the carrier (operator) code; - type and layout of the aircraft; - flight section loading; - required ground handling services. In case of amendment the Application is to be repeatedly conformed. Additional Security Services. 22.1 CMTA may require, from time to time, addition security services during the performance of this contract. Additional Security Services pertains to those services CMTA may need at any time during the performance of this contract whenever the need arises. Additional Services shall include the following:
Additional Security Services. XXXXXX shall hire a security company to patrol the exterior of 14 the Premises for transients two times per evening during the weekdays and four times over the 15 weekends (Saturday and Sundays of each week) (“Additional Security Services”). Evening is 16 defined as being from 6:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. the following day. The security company shall 17 maintain all appropriate insurance, City, County, State and Governmental permits and licenses, if 18 required by law. The COUNTY shall have the right to approve and reject the security company, 19 which approval and rejection shall not be unreasonably withheld or exercised, respectively. In 20 addition to the Rent payable under the Lease and consistent with its payment procedures, monthly 21 payment for the Additional Security Services shall be due and payable within twenty (20) days after 22 the later of the following: (a) the first day of the month following the month Lessor was invoiced for 23 the services; or (b) receipt of Xxxxxx’s written claim by the County’s Manager, HCA/Facilities 24 Support-Real Estate. Payment each month shall be in the amount of one half of the cost of the 25 Additional Security Services; however, in no event shall the COUNTY’s share of Additional 26 Security Services exceed $1,200.00 per month. XXXXXX’s obligation to pay for the Additional 27 Security Services shall also be capped at $1,200.00 per month. In the event that the monthly cost 28 for the Additional Security Services exceeds $2,400.00, the Parties shall discuss a reduction in the 29 Additional Security Services so that the total monthly cost does not exceed $2,400.00 or cooperate 30 to secure Additional Security Services that do not exceed $2,400.00 per month. Additional Security Services. If the Hirer intends that a Booking run past 6pm on a particular Booking Date, it must request in writing Additional Security Services for the Booking. This request must be received by the Minister at least 2 Business Days prior to the Booking Date. The Minister will consider the Additional Security Services request, assess whether it is willing and able to provide the Additional Security Services and at what cost, and will advise the Hirer. The Minister is under no obligation to provide any Additional Security Services. The Minister will charge the Hirer and the Hirer must pay for any Additional Security Services provided. Where the Minister in the Minister’s reasonable discretion, believes that Additional Security Services are required to ensure the safety of occupants of the DMJC, or to respond to or protect against a security risk which could not be reasonably foreseen by the Minister at the date of the Offer, the Minister may, in the Minister’s absolute discretion, engage additional security staff as the Minister believes appropriate. The cost of such Additional Security Services will be determined in accordance with the Minister’s current pricing for such services and payable by the Hirer under clause 9c. The Minister is under no obligation to provide other services not provided in these General Conditions such as transcription services and translation services which the Hirer must arrange and pay for at its own cost.

Additional Security Services. Subtenant may obtain additional security services for the Premises, provided that such services shall be obtained solely from the Security Company engaged by Sublandlord for Project security, under a separate contract directly between Subtenant and Security Company, at Subtenant’s sole and exclusive cost. If any such additional security services obtained by Subtenant increases the cost of the security services being provided by Sublandlord (such as, by way of example only, if additional card readers or cameras requires an upgrade in the Security System), Subtenant shall reimburse Sublandlord for such increased costs promptly upon receipt of an invoice from the Sublandlord.
