Actions; Orders; Permits Sample Clauses

The 'Actions; Orders; Permits' clause defines the responsibilities of a party to obtain and maintain all necessary governmental approvals, permits, and authorizations required to perform its obligations under the agreement. In practice, this means the party must proactively secure any licenses or permissions needed for their activities, such as construction permits or regulatory approvals, and comply with all relevant laws and orders. This clause ensures that the party is legally authorized to carry out its duties, thereby reducing the risk of project delays or legal violations due to missing or invalid permits.
