A mendment. This Agreement may be amended only by written instrument executed by each of the parties hereto; provided, that no amendment that affects the obligations, rights, indemnities or immunities of the Delaware Trustee will be effective without its prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. The cost of any amendment entered into hereunder will be paid by Xxxxxx Mae. No such amendment will be effective unless (a) the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee receive an opinion of counsel to the effect that such amendment will not, in the opinion of such counsel, adversely affect in any material respect the interests of the Holders at the time of such amendment, (b) the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee receive an opinion of nationally-recognized tax counsel to the effect that the amendment will not result in an Adverse REMIC Event and (c) the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied with respect to such amendment.
A mendment. The Parties agree to take such action as is necessary to amend this Agreement from time to time as is necessary for compliance with the requirements of the HIPAA, CFR 42 Part 2, HITECH, the Privacy Standards, Security Standards or Transactions Standards and any other applicable law.
A mendment. No amendment, modification, or alteration of the terms of this Lease shall be binding unless the same shall be in writing and duly executed by the parties.

The current version of the Customer Agreement will be posted on the Website and the Customer’s continued Customer Account activity after such amendment constitutes agreement to be bound by all then-in-effect amendments to the Customer Agreement, regardless of whether the Customer has actually reviewed them. Continued use of the Website or any other of the Broker’s services after such posting will constitute the Customer’s acknowledgment and acceptance of such amendment. The Customer agrees to regularly consult the Website for up-to-date information about the Broker services and any modifications to this Customer Agreement. The Broker is not bound by any verbal statements that seek to amend the Customer Agreement.
A mendment. The Parties shall take such action as is necessary to amend this Addendum from time to time as necessary for each Party to comply with the requirements of HIPAA, the HITECH Act, and their implementing regulations, as they may be amended from time to time. Covered Entity may amend this Addendum by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to Business Associate of a proposed amendment. If Business Associate fails to object within the thirty (30) day period, the amendment will become a part of this Addendum. Any amendment proposed by Business Associate must be approved in writing by Covered Entity.
A mendment. No provision of this Agreement may be modified except by a written document signed by a duly authorized representative of the parties.
