01 Notices. Except in the case of notices and other communications expressly permitted to be given by telephone, all notices and other communications provided for herein shall be in writing and shall be delivered by hand or overnight courier service, mailed by certified or registered mail or sent by fax, e-mail or other electronic transmission, as follows:

01 Notices. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing (for purposes hereof, the term “writing” shall include information in electronic format such as electronic mail and internet web pages) or by telephone subsequently confirmed in writing; provided that the foregoing shall not apply to notices to any Lender, the Swingline Lender or any Issuing Lender pursuant to Article II or Article III, as applicable, if such Lender, Swingline Lender or Issuing Lender, as applicable, has notified the Administrative Agent that it is incapable of receiving notices under such Article in electronic format.
