ASSOCIATION DUES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS. A. Unit members who request payroll deductions shall sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deductions of Association dues and fees. Such assignment shall continue in effect unless revoked in writing during the period between June 30 and July 30 at the expiration of this agreement. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such annual fees from the regular salary check of the unit member each month for ten (10) months of each year. Deduction changes and new members’ authorizations shall be delivered to the District by September 10.
