UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Except for the foregoing license, the Contractor will have no other rights, whether express or implied, in or to any UNICEF Data or its content.

  • The Contractor will comply with any guidance or conditions on access and disclosure notified by UNICEF to Contractor in respect of UNICEF Data.

  • The Contractor will not, and will ensure that its Personnel will not, transfer, copy, remove or store UNICEF Data from a UNICEF location, network or system without the prior written approval of an authorized official of UNICEF.

  • The Contractor will use its reasonable efforts to ensure the logical segregation of UNICEF Data from other information to the fullest extent possible.

  • The Parties agree that, as between them, all UNICEF Data, together with all rights (including intellectual property and proprietary rights), title and interest to such UNICEF Data, will be the exclusive property of UNICEF, and the Contractor has a limited, nonexclusive license to access and use the UNICEF Data as provided in the Contract solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Contract.

  • The Contractor confirms that it has a data protection policy in place that meets all applicable data protection standards and legal requirements and that it will apply such policy in the collection, storage, use, processing, retention and destruction of UNICEF Data.

  • The Contractor will use safeguards and controls (such as administrative, technical, physical, procedural and security infrastructures, facilities, tools, technologies, practices and other protective measures) that are necessary and sufficient to meet the Contractor's confidentiality obligations in this Article 5 as they apply to UNICEF Data.

  • Without prejudice to UNICEF's other rights and remedies, if a Disabling Code is identified, the Contractor, at its sole cost and expense, will take all steps necessary to: (a) restore and/or reconstruct any and all UNICEF Data lost by UNICEF and/or End Users as a result of Disabling Code; (b) furnish to UNICEF a corrected version of the Services without the presence of Disabling Codes; and (c) as needed, re-implement the Services.

  • The Contractor will use safeguards and controls (such as administrative, technical, physical, procedural and security infrastructures, facilities, tools, technologies, practices and other protective measures) that are necessary and sufficient to meet the Contractor’s confidentiality obligations in this Article 5 as they apply to UNICEF Data.

  • Without prejudice to UNICEF’s other rights and remedies, if a Disabling Code is identified, the Contractor, at its sole cost and expense, will take all steps necessary to: (a) restore and/or reconstruct any and all UNICEF Data lost by UNICEF and/or End Users as a result of Disabling Code; (b) furnish to UNICEF a corrected version of the Services without the presence of Disabling Codes; and (c) as needed, re-implement the Services.


More Definitions of UNICEF Data

UNICEF Data means any and all information or data processed and/or held in digital form that (a) is provided to the Contractor by, or on behalf of UNICEF, the Beneficiary and/or End Users under the Contract, through UNICEF’s, the Beneficiary’s and/or End Users’ use of Works or in connection with Works, or (b) is collected by the Contractor in the performance of the Contract.
UNICEF Data means any and all data, including all text, sound, software, or image files that are provided to the Contractor by, or on behalf of, UNICEF and/or End Users through UNICEF's and/or End Users' use of the Services or in connection with Services, including any information, whether in oral or written (including electronic) form, created by or in any way originating with UNICEF and/or End Users, and all information that is the output of any computer processing, or other electronic manipulation, of any information that was created by or in any way originating with UNICEF and/or End Users, in the course of using and configuring the Services. UNICEF Data specifically includes, without limitation,(a) any and all credentials issued to UNICEF by the Contractor, records relating to UNICEF's use of the Services and administration of End User accounts, and other UNICEF information and (b) any and all End User account credentials and information, and any and all records sent, received and/or created by or for End Users, including, without limitation (i) any email content, headers and attachments, and/or (ii) any personally-identifiable, financial or other information of any End User or third party the use and/or disclosure of which is restricted under applicable laws, in each case, contained in such records or in any logs or other records of the Contractor reflecting End User's use of the Services.
UNICEF Data means any and all data, including all text, sound, software, or image files that are provided to the Contractor by, or on behalf of, UNICEF, including any information, whether in oral or written (including electronic) form, created by or in any way originating with UNICEF, and all information that is the output of any computer processing, or other electronic manipulation, of any information that was created by or in any way originating with UNICEF.   • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Teacher Data is defined as at least the following: Social security number. Date of birth. Personal street address. Personal email address. Personal telephone number Performance evaluations. Other information that, alone or in combination, is linked or linkable to a specific teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator that would allow a reasonable person in the school community, who does not have personal knowledge of the relevant circumstances, to identify any with reasonable certainty.   • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.
