Customer Materials definition

Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

Customer Materials means all and any information, specifications, plans, concepts, drawings, designs and other materials supplied by or on behalf of the Customer, in any format;

• You hereby grant Us a limited right to use any of the Customer Materials provided to Us in connection with the Work, solely for the purpose of performing the Work for You.

• Customer will defend Forward Networks f rom and against any third - party claim to the extent resulting f rom Customer Data, Customer Materials, or Customer’s breach or alleged breach of Section 6 (Customer Obligations) and will indemnify and hold harmless Forward Networks against any damages and costs awarded against Forward Networks (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or agreed in settlement by Customer resulting f rom the claim.

More Definitions of Customer Materials

Customer Materials means any data or materials, provided by Customer, that are used in connection with the Software or Service Deliverables, such as technical information and functional specifications, user data, logos, photographs, compilations of facts, artwork, animations, video or audio files, or source materials for any of the foregoing.

Customer Materials means all materials, equipment and tools, drawings, specifications and data supplied by the Customer to the Council;
