Regulatory Data definition

Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).
Regulatory Data means any and all regulatory data (including studies, data, raw data, efficacy data, reports, physical samples, reviews (including business risk reviews), opinions, self-GRAS determinations, information or other compliance requirements, including safety, risk and exposure assessments and modeling for product contamination or impurity issues), in written, electronic, computerized, digital, or other tangible or intangible media, actually submitted to, or maintained to support a submission to (whether submitted or not), a Governmental Entity or a Third Party to seek, obtain or maintain a Governmental Approval or demonstrate regulatory compliance.

Examples of Regulatory Data in a sentence

  • For avoidance of doubt, this Section 3.2(a) does not apply to Know-How, Materials, Patents, Regulatory Data, Regulatory Filings or Regulatory Approvals licensed to Bluebird under the Applicable Bluebird In-Licenses, all of which are deemed Controlled by Bluebird notwithstanding this Section 3.2(a).

  • Each Party shall each maintain records in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner appropriate for patent purposes and as will properly reflect all work done and results achieved in the performance of Development activities hereunder (including all Regulatory Data in the form required to be maintained under any applicable governmental regulations).

  • For avoidance of doubt, this Section 10.7(a) does not apply to Know-How, Materials, Patents, Regulatory Data, Regulatory Filings or Regulatory Approvals licensed to Bluebird under the Applicable Bluebird In-Licenses, all of which are deemed Controlled by Bluebird notwithstanding the terms of this Section 10.7(a).

  • Auxilium shall retain ownership of all Product Data, information and results related to Development activities for the Product, provided, however, that Auxilium hereby grants to BTC a right of reference with respect to Remaining Indications to the Regulatory Data contained in Regulatory Approvals Controlled by Auxilium for the Product in the Field.

  • Purchaser, its Affiliates and Purchaser Distributors shall have the right to use such Technical Information and Regulatory Data solely in furtherance of the performance of Purchaser's obligations under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Regulatory Data

Regulatory Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.2(i).
Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, safety data, preclinical data, clinical data, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (“CMC”) data that is included or referenced in a Party’s Regulatory Filings for the Licensed Compound or a Product or that was included in any other documentation submitted to Regulatory Authorities in association with Regulatory Filings and Regulatory Approvals for the Licensed Compound or a Product.
Regulatory Data means any information and data necessary or useful to obtain or maintain Regulatory Approval for the Product in the Territory, including post-approval reports, filings and submission and shall include, but not be limited to, any Clinical Information required for that purpose.
Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product (including any applicable Drug Master Files (“DMFs”), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).
Regulatory Data means the medical, clinical and other scientific data necessary to, required for, or included in any regulatory filing to obtain or maintain any Government Approval to market the Products including pre-approval and post-approval reports, filings and submissions, other than reports of Adverse Device Events and related summaries.
Regulatory Data means all information with respect to a product made, collected or otherwise generated under or in connection with clinical studies and such other tests and studies in patients that are (a) required by applicable Law, or otherwise recommended by Regulatory Authorities, to obtain or maintain Regulatory Approvals, or (b) conducted solely in support of pricing or reimbursement for such product or are not otherwise strictly required in order to obtain or maintain Regulatory Approval for such product (including epidemiological studies, modeling and pharmacoeconomic studies, post-marketing surveillance studies, investigator sponsored studies and health economics studies).
Regulatory Data means any and all regulatory data (including studies, data, raw data, efficacy data, reports, physical samples, reviews (including business risk reviews), opinions, self-GRAS determinations, information or other compliance requirements, including safety, risk and exposure assessments and modeling for product contamination or impurity issues) in written, electronic, computerized, digital, or other tangible or intangible media, actually submitted to, or maintained to support a submission to (whether submitted or not), a Governmental Entity or a third party to seek, obtain or maintain a Consent from a Governmental Entity or demonstrate regulatory compliance.
