Customer Data definition

Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means the data, information or material provided, inputted, processed or submitted by you (or by Users on your behalf) into the Software.
Customer Data means: the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, including any Customer’s Confidential Information, and which: are supplied to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Customer; or the Supplier is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Call Off Contract; or any Personal Data for which the Customer is the Data Controller;

Examples of Customer Data in a sentence

  • Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless AvePoint (including its Affiliates) from and against any and all third-party claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with any Customer Materials, Customer Data, or breach or alleged breach by Customer of Section 2.3 (Rights in Customer Data).

  • After the Retention Period, such Customer Data will be permanently deleted from AvePoint's Server and unrecoverable by Customer.

  • AvePoint shall maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of Customer Data and Business Contact Information, including, but not limited to measures for preventing access, use, modification or disclosure of Customer Data or Business Contact Information except (a) to provide the SaaS Solutions and prevent or address service or technical problems; (b) as compelled by law; or (c) as expressly permitted by Customer in writing.

  • Upon cancellation, termination or expiration of a Subscription or termination of this Agreement, Customer Data in the SaaS Solutions will be preserved for fifteen (15) days (the "Retention Period") and, upon request, made available to Customer within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

  • Nothing in this Agreement prevents AvePoint from disclosing Customer Data to the extent required by law, subpoenas, or court orders.

Customer Data means all electronic data submitted by or on behalf of Customer to the Service.

Customer Data does not include any component of the Cloud Services, Services, or SAP Materials. Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
Customer Data means information, data, and content, in any form or medium, collected, downloaded, or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Customer, an Authorized User or end-users by or through the Solutions, provided the data is not personally identifiable and not identifiable to Customer.
Customer Data means all data, including all text, sound, software, image or video files that are provided to Microsoft or its Affiliates by, or on behalf of, Customer and its Affiliates through use of Online Services.
Customer Data means all electronic data and information submitted, entered, or otherwise provided by or for Customer or any User to the Services or collected and processed by or for Customer or any User using the Services, excluding Content.
