Sublessee definition

Sublessee means any party to whom Lessee grants the right to possess all or any portion of the Premises according to a Sublease.

Sublessee means any Person for so long, but only so long, as such Person is in possession of the Airframe and/or any Engine pursuant to the terms of a Sublease which is then in effect pursuant to Section 7(b)(x) of the Lease.

• The Lessee hereby represents to the Agency that no portion of the Facility Realty is utilized or occupied or is intended to be utilized or occupied by Persons other than the Lessee, the Sublessee or any Affiliate thereof.
