Financial Arrangements. 18. The Commonwealth will provide an estimated total financial contribution to the States of $54.928 million in respect of this Agreement. All payments are GST exclusive.

The Institution will not directly or indirectly seek or receive compensation from Trial Subjects or third-party payers for any material, treatment or service that is required by the Protocol and provided or paid by Sponsor or its designee, including, but not limited to, Sponsor Drug, Comparator Drug, Trial Subject screening, infusions, physician and nurse services, diagnostic tests, and Sponsor Drug and/or Comparator Drug administration. Once the Payee (hereinafter defined) has/have been paid for the performance of the Trial, neither CRO nor Sponsor shall have any further obligation or liability whatsoever to pay the Institution. 5. Všetky Zmluvné strany berú na vedomie, že čiastky uvedené v Prílohe B predstavujú primeranú trhovú hodnotu za služby poskytované inštitúciou za vykonávanie skúšania najlepším možným spôsobom. Všetky čiastky zahŕňajú všetky priame, nepriame, mimoriadne a iné náklady vrátane nákladov na laboratórne výkony a pomocné služby, a počas celého trvania skúšania budú pevné, pokiaľ sa Zmluvné strany nedohodnú inak v písomnej forme. Inštitúcia nebude priamo ani nepriamo žiadať alebo prijímať kompenzáciu od účastníkov skúšania alebo od platcov tretích strán za materiál, liečbu alebo služby požadované protokolom a poskytnuté alebo uhrádzané zadávateľom alebo jeho zástupcom vrátane, okrem iného, lieku zadávateľa, komparatívneho lieku, skríningu účastníkov skúšania, infúzií, služieb poskytovaných lekármi a zdravotnými sestrami, diagnostických testov a podávania lieku zadávateľa a/alebo komparatívneho lieku. Po vyplatení príjemcovi platby (nižšie uvedenému) za vykonanie skúšania nebude mať CRO ani zadávateľ žiadne ďalšie
