Examples of Demised Premises in a sentence
Tenant waives all rights which may at any time exist by law to quit, terminate or surrender this Lease or all or part of the Demised Premises or, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease, to any abatement, deferment, diminution or reduction of the Base Rent, Additional Rent or other sums payable under this Lease.
If requested by Xxxxxxxx, signatures, the press is permitted to paint and decorate the assign of the Demised Premises without prior consent a Landlord.
In the event of any termination of this Lease, or any part thereof, as a result of any Proceedings, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all Base Rent and all Additional Rent and other charges payable hereunder, apportioned to the date of such termination, with respect to that portion of the Demised Premises so taken in such Proceedings with respect to which this Lease shall have terminated, whether for the entire Lease, or for a portion thereof.
Any such policies of blanket insurance shall, with respect to the Demised Premises, contain the various provisions required of such an insurance policy by the foregoing provisions of this Article VI.
During the Term, Tenant shall obtain and continuously maintain in full force and effect insurance coverage upon all personal property of Tenant on the Demised Premises against loss or damage by fire, windstorm or other casualties.
