Examples of The Lessor in a sentence
The Lessor shall not withhold it’s consent without a valid reason, that may be related to the payer’s violation of the Sanctions, tax evasion, money laundering and terrorism and proliferation financing or other offenses or violations of laws and regulations.
The Lessor shall not be responsible for the Lessee’s losses related to the loss of a card.
The Lessor may also suspend and/or terminate the Contract at any time, with immediate effect and without indemnity notwithstanding any other provisions of the Contract if the Lessee becomes a Sanctioned Person or is in breach of its representations and undertakings under this clause.
The Lessor shall be entitled to terminate the Contract at any time, in writing, by hand delivery or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the Lessee, with immediate effect and without compensation if the Lessee has committed a breach of its obligations under the Section 18.2, or if its representations and guarantees are no longer valid (whether or not such breach can be remedied).
