Examples of Original Agreement in a sentence
Any Liens and security interests of the Purchaser in the Transferred Assets shall be deemed to be continuously granted and perfected from the earliest date of the granting and perfection of such Liens and security interests to the Purchaser, whether under the Original Agreement, this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents.
This Agreement amends and supersedes the Original Agreement in its entirety (without prejudice to rights previously accrued thereunder).
Except as specifically stated otherwise herein, this Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and all prior understandings, written or oral, including the Original Agreement, are superseded by this Agreement.
